We take pride in offering high-quality refurbished devices that meet rigorous testing and quality standards. Our products are backed by a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as detailed in our Warranty Certificate.

This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations when requesting a refund or replacement for a Black Mint product purchased through our online store or authorized resellers.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Within 14 Days of Purchase

    • If your device shows a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications described at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

    • The device must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and warranty documents included.

  2. After 14 Days and Within Warranty Period (24 Months)

    • Devices found to have manufacturing defects within the 12-month warranty period will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a functional equivalent if the same model is unavailable.

    • The replacement device will carry the remaining period of the original warranty.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, drops, or electrical surges.

  • Any software modification, unlocking, jailbreaking, or repairs performed outside authorized Black Mint service centers.

  • Devices with missing serial numbers, tampered warranty seals, or altered invoices.

  • Cosmetic issues (such as scratches, dents, or wear) that do not affect device performance.

  • Accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, earphones) are not covered under the return or refund policy.

4. Return and Inspection Process

6. Repair and Replacement Timeline

  • If the device cannot be repaired within this period, it will be replaced free of charge with a fully functional unit of the same model or equivalent specifications.

  • Black Mint and Mezatech LLC are not responsible for data loss, passwords, or personal account access (iCloud, Apple ID, Gmail, etc.).
