This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, and related conditions for all purchases made through www.blackmint.me

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays, weekends, and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Cairo Time are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all governorates in Egypt through our trusted logistics partners.

Alexandria & Delta 2–5 business days
Upper Egypt & Other Governorates 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or local restrictions).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order value.

  • Cairo & Giza: typically EGP 80

  • Other Governorates: typically EGP 200

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website or social media.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS that allows you to monitor your shipment status.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@blackmint.me

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made Sunday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

You or your authorized representative may be required to show identification and sign for receipt of your parcel.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly advise all customers to inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Notify the courier immediately.

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours at info@blackmint.me with photos of the package.

7. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

If you choose in-store pickup, you will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready.
Pickup is available at select Fixtech or Mezatech locations (e.g., Arkan Plaza, Concord Plaza, or Mohandessin).
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email for pickup.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Black Mint ships only within Egypt.
We are actively working to expand delivery to regional markets in the MENA and Africa in the near future.

9. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time frame:

  • Contact our support team with your order number.

  • We will coordinate with our logistics partner to locate and resolve the issue promptly.

Black Mint and Mezatech LLC are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure events, but we always assist in resolving such cases quickly.

10. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is handed over to the carrier.
In the event of shipping damage or loss, please report it immediately so we can assist with filing a courier claim.
